Happy new year
I’ve been pretty quiet over the Christmas period and, aside from a half-hearted attempt at making stollen that I’ve decided not to share with the world (maybe next year…) I’ve done very little baking. Actually, I find this time of year rather disorientating, so I’m quite looking forward to getting back into a routine and back into making bread. So, happy new year, and here’s looking forward to 12 months of serious baking!
